lost info on outlook

I lost all the information I had in outlook when I clicked
to have factory settings reinstalled. Is there any way to
get back my lost info?
 
Locate your pst-files. Make sure you include hidden and system files and
folders when searching for the items. You can connect to it by using File->
Open-> Outlook Data File...
