Lost Important Form in Access

I added data to the design view of a form in Access and lost form. Error
message reads - "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the import
table or query <name>. This is a work database with TONS of info. I NEED HELP!
 
"Losing the form" should not affect the data in the underlying table.

Just rebuild the form, or restore it from a backup copy of the database.

Are you saying that the table is gone too?

What happened is I must have changed where to get my data from, because
after the first error message I when back to design view and saw it labeled
as a Table/Query. Since it is a form I can't retreive it and I also went to
restore my files and the restore wasn't on so it didn't help me. I have tried
everything that I can think of. Is there any way someone could get it off my
hardrive? My boss' files are gone too!

It was never a table just a form. I must have changed it by accident when
entering new data. Can it be retreived on my hardrive somehow? I tried
restore and it wasn't on so it didn't help. I don't know what else to do.

It was never a table just a form. I must have accidently changed it when
entering new data. I tried restoring my files and my restore wasn't on so it
didn't help. My boss' files are gone too! I have tried everything.
