It's called the Format Painter, and you can restore it from Customize, but
note that you can do the same thing with keyboard shortcuts. Use
Ctrl+Shift+C to copy a desired format and Ctrl+Shift+V to paste it to
selected text. The copied format stays on the Clipboard until you copy a
different format, so it can be pasted again and again, even after other
actions have intervened. What is copied/pasted (font or paragraph formatting
or both) depends on the selection.
