lost horizontal menu bar

In IE 6 (XP) I have lost the horzontal menu bar. The contents of the menu
bar (File, Edit, View,etc) appear in a drop down list next to links drop
down. Under View it shows the toolbars, but there is no listing for Menu bar
to check. How do I get the horizontal menu bar back?
 
Just drag the Menu bar out or drag the adjacent bar away from it.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
