You can't use Import. The site must be on a server that has the FP
extensions, and you must be able to open the site directly in FP via File
Menu | Open Web and then you would use File Menu | Publish Web to get a copy
back on your local machine.
If the site is on a server that doesn't have the extensions, you need to
open the site with a FTP application, then download the site to a folder on
your HD, then open the folder in FP, then publish it to the correct
location, then you will have to re-apply any themes, shared borders and
re-build your navigation structure.

I did a file import, but when I open it, there are no pages (navigation),
only files. How do I get all my pages to show up in the navigation order
they were originally in? I am not a novice, but I am not an expert, I know
how to create the website, but when it comes to publishing, etc..., I get
confused, so this might be kind of elementary.
