Vince thanks for the reply.
I can get all the folder except that one. As I told you, IF I USE WINDOWS
EXPLORER I AM ABLE TO FIND THE FOLDER AND SEE ANY DOCUMENTS.

The folder that I am concerning about is the most important folder because
includes my patient list

I did the repair process but did not solve the problem.

how Outlook and Word are not able to see that folder? please help

Temporarily can you create another folder in the folder that contains the
troubled folder and copy the files to it?

Also, do you notice anything odd in the properties of the folder (right
click on the folder and choose Properties)

Just create a new folder on the hard drive using the File menu > New command
in My Computer

OK, one more test, create another test folder one level up from where the
troubled folder is. I'm wondering if the trouble is some sort of odd rights
issue inside the folder containing our troubled folder.
