lost find & defrag problem

new to xp -- defrag kept locking up in scheduled task so I remv it thinking I would readd to scheduled task -- no I can not figure out how to ---- where is the find where you type in subject & it locates the file --pls keep REAL simple --thanks

Use the DEFRAG command-line tool for this. Type
DEFRAG /?
at a DOS prompt for help with the command-line. Then create a new
task for any application, open the Properties and overwrite the
command-line with the one for DEFRAG.
