Lost files

I had to reinstall Windows XP after my system crashed
during an attempt to install XP2. Fortunately my data
was backed up, but it also remained available on the hard
drive. I have not, however, been able to find my address
book or favorites list. What are the file names for
these items. I assume if I can find them I can import
them to the programs I use. Thank you.
 
*.wab (where * us usually your user name)

Favorites is just a folder (with links and other folders inside) that's
usually under documents and settings\user whomever
