lost files from domain change

When I removed my Win2k PC from a domain that no longer
exists, I lost my files. How do I get them back? I
cannot reestablish the domain.
 
Under your c drive there should be a folder called Documents and Settings.
This is where your profiles are kept. There should be one that is named
whatever the domain username that you used was. In the subfolders of that
folder you should be able to find what your looking for.
