Lost files *.*.dll

I removed an unwanted file in the ADD/REMOVE. One being SRRSTR.dll how do I get it back?

Hi Engag,


Go to Run and type sfc /scannow, this will review all the protected
Windows files and restore them, you'll have to insert the Windows XP
CD when it asks you to.

and download this Rollup, this has the file you're looking for, you
have to have SP1 installed, though.

Have had no success with your suggestions. I must not be typing it in correctly. It asks' for an address and I'm not sure what that is.

Does sfc /scannow ask for a path? Try C:\Windows\Service Pack
files\i386

I,m still having a problem with file SRRSRT.dll..... I found and purchased the file in web-site (support.donkexp) I,ll let you know the results after its downloaded, my take a few day
