Mr Pounder

Many thanks to all the people that tried to help me out.
I have spent hours on the problem, tried everything but nothing seems to
work.
Wife tells me that I am acting very strangely ..... she is right!
In the new year I am giving my PC to a long established computer shop for a
'service', he is asking about £40 - he can restore the file for me.

My PC is now 5 years old, never been formatted & is almost certainly full of
crud.
I can only go so far as believe it or not I am not a computer person .......
self taught ..... nobody to ask advice from.

Thanks again all & have a good Xmas.
