Apparently some unwanted program changed the home page on
my internet explorer to a porn site. It hid or deleted
the "general" tab from the "internet options" on the tool
bar so I cannot re-set my home page. I was able to chose
the "Re-set defaults" to at least get rid of the pron
home page, but I can't find anywhere to set it back to my
E-bay home page.

Load Regedit, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main
and edit the entry 'Start Page' and include URL for ebay.

Also, SpyBot Search and Destroy can remove these hijacking
programs and block them from doing it again.
