Lost Favorites

When opening favorites in IE, all the folders and
favorites are gone. any help would be appreciated. Joe

Go to Tools, Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab,
scroll down to Enable Personalized Favourites menu, and
put a tick aginst it in the box.

I tried this and still no luck. Any other options,

Your favorites are in folder:

C:\documents and settings\your profile\favorites\bookmarks for [your name]

I'd suggest you look for the folder. If you find it intact, you've won. You
are possibly using a different user profile. Look into the profile of the
folder, and log-on under this profile, or import the favorites to the
running profile.
