All of my custom toolbar icons are no longer on my
spreadsheets. I know there is a file somewhere where
they are stored, but I cannot recall the path of the
name. Could someone please tell me.

Thanks in advance,

Ed

Hi Ed!

Do a file search in Explorer for *.xlb

The files are variously named for different versions of Excel:

Excel.xlb
Excel10.xlb
Excel11.xlb

In Windows XP mine are in:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Microsoft\Excel

Thanks Norman, They were just where you said they would
be. I am back to full strength... Thanks for the help..
PS.. I vote for you guys to have the Olympics every 4
years.. you guys did a great job.. You did Australia
proud!!

Hi Ed!

Good to hear you are back up and running. The location of the xlb
files does vary.

Can't say as I agree about holding the Olympics here all the time but
I'd prefer one permanent reasonably independent small location so as
to remove home team advantage. The main advantage Sydney had was the
ability to call on an army of volunteers.
