I've encountered a bizarre problem with a colleague being unable to send me emails. She is using Outlook 1997 on XP and I have 2003 on Vista. There have been no problems unitil the 8th of this month when emails she sent did not arrive. She is receiving my emails and we are receiving and sending emails to other people. I have her set up as a preferred user in my junk options as has she. Cannot think of a solution. Any advice?
