lost emails on old hard drive

have recovered old emails from windows mail but they are in .mbx fiules and I
cant restore them in winmail or outlook?
any help please?

mbx files are from OE4 . MBXtract will extract them:
www.oehelp.com/MBXtract/

dbx files are from OE6. DBXpress will extract them:
www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/

eml files are how WinMail stores the messages, and you can just drag them
back into WinMail folders to reincorporate them.
