What kind of info. would you need? Here's what happened...
There was a problem with MS Word. In the HELP menu, I found a repair button.
I chose that option. Windows popped up telling me that the repairs were being
made. When that was completed, I no longer had access to email. I opened
Outlook 2003 and was prompted to reinstall my account. I followed the
instructions. When the window asked if I wanted to access all of my previous
emails, I said yes. Outlook opened with numerous problems and a call to my
ISP. When it opened, the new "box" was empty and all of my saved emails were
gone as were my personal email folders.
What is PST and how do I go about retrieving my old emails?
Thanks

You have posted no information that would permit anyone to help.
Reinstalling Outlook rarely solves any problem, but it most certainly does
not delete data. Your Outlook data file is perfectly intact. It is in a file
with a PST extension.

I lost all of my emails, personal folders, and address book when I had to
reinstall and reconfigure Outlook 2003. Can I retrieve them? Are they "out
there" somewhere?
