Lost Contacts - Maybe when I synced to Dell Axium

We have lost all of our contact information. I made a change in the
handheld, but I didn't see the sync, since my wife did it. Is there anyway
to recover? The calendar stayed, but the contacts are gone from the handheld
and the computer..

Restore from backup. Anyone that runs synch software backs up their data
frequently.

None that I know of. Unfortunately the changes made by synch software are
permanent. That's why backups are so important.
