if anyone can help. cpu would not boot so windows xp was reinstalled, system nolonger recognizes the cdr/rw or dvd drivers.in system info it shows the name of each drive shows up with caution sign beside each.i have uninstalled and let windows search for drives and same caution sign. i do not have driver discs.i have searched for drivers and the product is not one of the listed ones. i have tried to install over drives but a message says i have the most current available version.i am working with a compaq 5320 us. what can i do without setting system back to factory settings? bob (e-mail address removed)
