Please help. I have a computer that is running Windows XP Pro and MSOffice
2003. I turned the computer on yesterday morning and my calendar, and
contacts, are gone. It was working great when I turned it off on Wed. No one
has access to it but me. I found an article yesterday about the backup
feature which I downloaded and installed and is now setup. Is there a way
that I can find my calendar? I've already ran the repair tool and reinstalled
Office.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Rodney Brown

Is your mail gone, too? You can't lose the Calendar and Contacts without
losing everything, since they're all stored in the same file.

The usual place for Outlook's PST is
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Enter this
path in Windows Explorer's Address bar and click Go. You should see one or
more files with extension .pst. Open any you find in Outlook with
FIle>Open>Outlook Data File and see if it contains your data. If so, make
it your delivery location at the bottom left of Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next.
