lost buttons in taskmgr

ALt CTRL DEL Taskmgr comes up , But the only thing there besides the
list of files runing is "END PROCESS Button" . There are No Buttons on
the Top.
What went Wrong ?

I have no idea How this Started

all the other menu's on my computer will display Correctly.
