Lost business contacts

I did Bus Contact Mgr Update to try and resolve another issue and when I
restarted Outlook it asked if I wanted to start new data base. I said yes,
not really thinking, and all my business contacts are gone. Pleae Help. Is
there a way to recover this information?
 
Hi there,

I just went through the same thing late Friday night , and boy was I P***Sed
off when I saw that all my contacts, accounts and opps were GONE!

but, this morning after playing around with it, I went to Business Tools/
Create or Select database. Under that, I selected "Select a Database" and it
listed my old database in the selection fields. It went through a conversion
, but whew, all my stuff was back again.

Hope this works for you.
