lost blue taskbar and rounded windows

I started my computer and i no longer had the blue and
green windows taskbar or rounded windows. The computer
has reverted to using the classic theme. I can't get out
of having the "classic" style taskbar and windows(square
edges). I have gone into display/appearance and I no
longer have the option of choosing the xp style windows
and buttons. I have tried restarting and restoring the
system to an earlier time, but had no luck. So it seems i
am stuck in the classic view. I have tried changing
themes, and i still have the luna theme, but no rounded
windows or blue taskbar. Please Help!

Thanks, but it didn't help any. I'd still like to get
back to having the windows xp taskbar(blue with green
start button). Any other ideas?
