lost and need help

what are the hotkeys that are associated with access 2k2.
the reason i am asking i went and hid everything(the only
thing that shows is the switchboard) and i want to unhide
everything so that i can make some adjustments
 
Close your database, then re-open it while holding down the Shift Key.
Hopefully, you will see the database window, menus, etc. From there, click
Tools - Startup and re-tick the options necessary to perform your chores.
