Hi all. thanks for reading this...
I was in the process of cleaning up my "C" drive with old
programs, etc.
for some reasons, files that were related to IE browser
(favorites sites), Outlook .pst folder(my
calendar, emails, notes), AOL saved emails in PC, they
were all deleted.
I know I did not delete those individual.
I used the ADD/REMOVE function for those old programs.
none of which were those above.
one of the prgrams I was tring to remove was KAZAA and
the stuff that comes along with it such as PEERS MANAGER,
P2P, stuff like that.
is it possible that by removing those programs, it was
attatched to my files which was than deleted?
my question is, and I did a restore and no luck to bring
back the data/files.
is it stiff someone in my PC?? somewhere in "C"?
is it possible to retrive it back???
there are saved data and I wanted to keep and need
Thanks for your help with this.
you can also email me at (e-mail address removed)
