Lost all shortcut .lnk files

All but four programs do not run because (I think) the .lnk file or registry
entry no good. Any idea how to restore it? I can not even reload xp or edit
registry because the shortcuts don't react. Thanks

Hi,

First extract the file from the .zip folder (right click/extract all), then
right-click the enclosed file and merge.
