Lost Administrative Tools in XP

I lost the Administrative Tools in Windows XP home edition. I believe it was after I installed the .Net Framework. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get these back besides the System Restore(that did not work, it kept on failing)?

Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu | Customize button | Advanced tab |
Check:
Display on All Programs menu
or
Display on All Programs and Start menu |
OK | APPLY | OK
 
Unfortunately I don't have the disk. I have the system restore disks from Sony but no XP disk. Thanks!
 
I tried this and I only have the .Net Framework Configuration and Wizard icons in the folder. Let me know if there is anything else you can think of.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools

Do a Search for:
certmgr.msc
ciadv.msc
comexp.msc
compmgmt.msc
Console1.msc
devmgmt.msc
dfrg.msc
diskmgmt.msc
eventvwr.msc
fsmgmt.msc
gpedit.msc (Pro only)
lusrmgr.msc
ntmsmgr.msc
ntmsoprq.msc
perfmon.msc
rsop.msc
secpol.msc
services.msc
wmimgmt.msc

The above are the Administrative Tools. Some of these are not
available in XP Home. I don't remember which ones.
