lost admin pasword

I have lot the pasword to get into windows 2000 pro on my computer... It had been sitting for a long time and I can't remember the admin paswword, what can I do?

Google for CIA Commander or ERD Commander utilities. THey allow you to boot
from cd/floppy and reset or change the password for built-in administrator
account.
