folder (should be under C:\Windows\System32). If not, then the applet may be
either missing or damaged.
I don't understand it either.
Few professionals understand why MS has to wreck a good, working OS that
WinXP was.
Not only this was damaged, but also Display properties were broken into
separate applets instead of a single, LOGICAL window with logical tabs.
In Vista it all became messed up and broken into sub-windows.
Stupid.
I don't even know whther it went back to XP style in Win7, but XP was good
