lost access to G:drive (multimedia card)

Can a virus block my access to E, F, G drives? My 4 y.o. downloaded
something that gave us a virus that can't be deleted. I would really like to
use the G:drive again.

You should concentrate on getting rid of your virus. As long as
you have it, you cannot trust your machine.

If your 4-year old son son/daughter is sufficiently computer-literate
to give you a virus then you should install third party boot manager
that gives you strict separation between your OS and his/her OS.
Things will get much, much worse during the next twelve years
unless you take action now.
