has any one used movie maker on your computer? because i remember my brothers computer editing the font types when he used movie maker

Thanks skunk.Would like to know.I find it strange that to my knowledge only one font was lost.

Try system restore... go back to 1 day before you used the program.. it should reverse most software changes.

The Black Chancery Font is not installed by Windows or Word, but could have been installed by another 'program' such as Corel Draw.

Uninstalling that program will not uninstall the font ... so I'm a little lost as to "where it went" ... your best bet is to find another 'copy', either off the Internet or from your programs.

To install any fonts you may download ...
Go to c:\windows\fonts and select FILE, INSTALL NEW FONT, and in the ADD Fonts dialog box, select which drive, folder, the new font/s are in ... then after it has listed all the fonts available, you just highlight any of the fonts you wish installed and follow the prompts.

I hope that was of some help.
