lost a file during virus cleanup

I am one of the unfortunate few that thought Microsoft
sent me an update. It was the w32/swen@MM virus.

Anyway a file was deleted it is was the C:\WINNT\ygbjn.exe
file. MCAffe said it could not be cleaned up and had to be
deleted and replaced. So I deleted it.

How can I replace this file. I cannot find it on my
WIN2000 CD, or is if in a CAB file someplace?

What makes you think that was a system file? Looks more like a virus
or trojan file itself.
