Loss of Data when converting to Excel 2007

I have a file that outputs 4 charts and 4 tables for a workbook. The workbook
works completely fine in Excel 2003, but when saving it in Excel 2007 only
one chart and one table shows. Then I recieve a error for an Invalid
Parameter. Could somebody please help me with my problem.
 
Did you 'save as' or did you 'convert' the file? If you 'save as' you may
lose functionality. You have to use the 'Convert' funtion instead. I made the
mistake of 'saving as' some of my old purchase orders which have macros in
them and none of the macros worked anymore. I then used the convert function
on some other old POs and the macros all work.
