Losing Report Formating

Justin

I have 1 report made from 3 subreports. I have them all
formated to margins of 0.5" and paper of 11X17 landscape.

I seem to be losing my formatting and it goes back to the
default 1" margins, 8-1/2X11 portrait. I make the changes
back and save them. The settings save until I close
Access. Then when I open the DB again, the format is back
at the default....most of the time I should say, on a few
occasions the format will save correctly.

I am using Access 2000. I have never had this issue with
Access 95. My other databases still use 95. This new one
we are using 2000.

I hope someone can help,
JD

Justin,
If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in the
Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release
1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.
