Losing "print picture option"

When I open my picture file and all the thumbnail folders
are displayed, I have the "Print picture" option in the
left hand column. I lose it as soon as I select a folder
to open. At that point I can't even right click to get
the print option. Any Ideas?

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

You might try setting the properties on the folder to photo album as well.
To do this:
1) Go to the top level of the folder
2) Rt. Click the folder and select properties
3) Go to the customize tab
4) Under the "What kind of folder do you want?" pull down the menu and
select 'Photo Album' or 'Pictures'
