I am running s2k on a micron server with a Cisco router running DHCP and
DNS. Since installing SP4 six days ago, I lose my connectin to the internet
on a totally random basis. I have no events or errors in the log that
trigger this outage. The only thing that will solve it is rebooting the
server. I have tried stopping the DNS and DHCP services in attempts to
isolate the issue and this has no effect on the problem. Any ideas, I'm at
wits end and am losing sleep over my users tar and feathering me.

thanks!

You may want to check for updated drivers for your adapter, if there are
any. Also check your cabling. I don't know if you have a managed
switch or not, but if so it could also have helpful errors or
information that can point to hardware failure with the card.
