LOsing Inbox Emails While Logged In Via a VPN

We are using MSB 2K Exchange Server; we have a few VPN's
set up whom log in daily & normally to access Our Server's
Shared Resources & Outlook Email Files.

On one system the user's Inbox mails seems to keep
disappearing. I have not been able to determine as to why!


I've reloaded his PST files from previous saves and need
to correct this inbox problem!

(Though this has happen more on his personal system,
usually I am able to see his emails on the Server, But
more recelntly the his Server's Inbox data is now gone
also!)

Any suggestions would be appreciated... (I do not believe
he has mistakingly deleted these files..)

You might want to post this on an Exchange Server newsgroup as there
are implications when accessing an Exchange Server over a VPN (RPC
issues) that are outside the scope of this group.
