OS is the Operating System, thank you for your response.
You still are not giving me a whole lot to work with. What is the event ID
and source of those errors, what do they say? What happens when they try
to reconnect to the Access Database? What is the exact error they receive?
How often is this happening? Is there anything you have noticed that you do
around the same time the connection is lost?

| OS of client machines - if this means the operating system
| on the users' machines then it's Windows XP???
|
| We actually lose connection to an Access application which
| is our database.
|
| I checked the Event Viewer & I got a whole series of items
| in there. There are 3 categories: error :62, warning:
| 5781, info:10
|
| thanks.
