Hello there,

What program are you using to make the cd. Movie Maker can only create High
Mat video which at this time will not play on a domestic DVD machine.

Have you watched the results of your work on the computer (Watched the file
you made before you send it to the program that creates your CD. Is the
audio and picture quality good. If it is, that would indicate the problem
is with the CD making software, your computer in general or the cd burner.

I have tried using the WMM program, as well as Intervideo WinDVD program...I have watched it my computer...and it looks great...plays all the way through, no losses at all...it's only when I burn it to cd that it screws up.

Do you have the likes of Nero or roxio?

Hi there,

Great, but what program are you using to make the CD?

You may also want to check out the FAQ on my site relating to Movie
Maker...the areas you need to look at are not Movie Maker specific and
refer to speed. You might also want to have a look at the section on hard
drives....

Hello again,

What version of the intervideo program are you using? The older codec
that come with some of the earlier version of intervideo products are known
to cause problems with version media from microsoft.
