Have unique issue where w2k pro sp3 with MS office 2000,
innoculan client pc, loses network drives after dialup is
established. Pc is used for BNZ banking. I have
eliminated isp/direct bank no# issue by using 3 different
isps. Full admin rights to local pc......Have rebuilt OS
using CD's instead of image. Have replaced external modem
and pc hardware with same result. Even tryed to rebuild
to identical specs as another pc that is working ok on
same network as a backup pc for banking..that is W2K Pro
Sp1, MS Office and innoculan. Network is 10.10.x.x. When
I do IPCONFIG after dialup established, it returns
following msg: "current directory is invalid". As soon as
dialup is disconnected, IPCONFIG returns ip addressess and
network drives accessible again. Any help to wierd issue
appreciated.
