Lose ISP Server after removing all infected files...

Every time I run a scan & try to remove all files that have
spyware, trojans & are infected I lose my ISP server & then
have to go back & do a system restore. The files are still
there & I cannot remove them. This is a nightmare! Anyone
got any solutions???

After you run Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (Beta), you have network-related
problems, or you receive an error message
