I have 10 identical HP machines all running Win XP Pro SP2 on a
Windows Domain with a Windows SBS 2003 server. All users are on
roaming profiles and home folder redirect. All the network printers
are accessed through the domain controller.
Today, one of my staff said she could no longer print. I went to her
work station to start a print job. It said she had no default printer.
I tried to open printers and faxes through start menu. Mouse cursor
turns into an hourglass then back to the arrow. I cannot open it at
all. I restarted the PC, same result. I restarted and logged on as
local administrator. I get the same problem.
Any ideas about this problem?
