I am a bit dissapointed. Microsoft antispyware doesnt
pick up LOP I keep running it but it misses it every
time. I think that Adaware picked it up once, but it got
back in. Is there an easy way for a computer dummy to get
rid of this pest.
I know that the lop unistaller is a fake and my Avast
tells me that it contains a trojan and stops any access.
 
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents

and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;
