lop.com search bar.

I have tried everything to get rid of lop.com tool bar.
It take space of my screen. it has become part of my
browser.
I have downloaded and installed netscape browser to check
either it shows with that. But fortunately it do not come
on screen with netscape browser.
In my openion ie has some flaws that other softwares
become part of it and remain part of it.
Even i have un installed and re installed ie, but it do
not disappeare.
Is there any one to help me. I like to use ie but since
this lop.com tool bar has become part of ie, I am forced
to use netrscape browser.

spybot from safer-networking.org free to remove it

and use firefox browser from mozilla.org and you wnon't
go back to ie (except for windows update )
