loosing connection with www after 2 minutes

When i am on the web, after 2 minutes i get a message :
In generic host process for win32 services is een fout
opgetreden and the program will be closed

i also get the message :
The system will be closed by NT/Authority system .
Windows has to be restarted because the RPC has stopped.

How can i solve this problem ??

please help me
