Loop a presentation but reload it each time it loops...?

Sorry for the rather spurious title!

What I need to do is have 3 kiosks running a powerpoint presentation that
can be updated on the fly. Once a powerpoint presentation is running I know
you can edit it somewhere else and save, but the changes don't appear until
you "re-open" the presentation. Is there some clever way I can make it reload
itself each time it cycles?

I believe if you use the "linking" method as described here.... then each
time the

main show - links to another show - it's re-read (ie. it shows the updated
presentation)

If the linked file is currently being edited - then it skips it.

So if you use this method then you can update a running presentation by just
updating any of the 'linked' presentations.
