lookup and entry form

I created a form from our internal directory table (about 490 people) by
using the wizard.
To make it easy to find a record...I got rid of the full name text box and
replaced it with a dropdown menu which I tied to the "Full Name" field.

How do I get the rest of the record show up when I change the use the
dropdown to find a name...at this time all other fields stay on the first
record in the table.
 
Your examples show a search...I'm looking for something more of the lines of
using the drop down menu I created from full name file...the user may not
know the complete name or correct spelling.
