1. i'm looking for screen capture software like HyperSnapDX (DirectX
capture, region, *auto-scroll window* , etc)

2. download manager like ReGetDeluxe

3. freeware vector graphics program

4. good html editor with UTF-8 and CSS support

Babya Photoworkshop is fully featured-yet under 2mb with vb runtimes and has
many image effects and has drawing tools(bitmap based):

Ahhhh, come on, please!!! When you don't know what 'vector drawing'
means, then please *shut up* ....

I can imagine that you like to promote your software, but the way you
are doing this now for a couple of weeks is *not* the right way and is
very annoying.

It would be a great thing when you told us why your software is so
great, that we should forget all others like Pixia, Gimp and so on....
