What version of WIndows are you running? In Win2k/XP you can right click on
the toolbar, select Task Manager, view the running Applications or Process
and termnates themusing End Process.

If that's not enough, you can use SysInternals Process Explorer
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml

Windows 98 SE.

I will take a look. But by 'ntw2k' in the domain name I guess it's only for
NT/Win2K/XP.

It works well on win98se too.

From the web site:
"Process Explorer works on Windows 9x/Me, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000,
Windows XP, Server 2003, and 64-bit versions of Windows for x64
processors."

There are separate download links for win98 and win-nt-2k-xp, but it is
the same program.

The separate download links are only there to tell the authors how many
users are using different operating systems.

I use it on win98se and it works very well.
Autoruns program from the same web site also works well in win98se.

You'll need to enable Java Script. :-(
Goggle for ATM22. Many other sources.
v2.2 freeware, v3.0 shareware.

I use ATM 2.2 which IS freeware and does a very good job.
