Hi all !

I'm looking for software that will allow me to set-up my new web cam on my
PC
as a live screen saver on my own PC without having to upload and download on
Internet

I would try this. Set up your webcam. Tell your webcam soft to save a
copy to the hard drive or save a copy to the networked PC. Get a
screen saver manager that changes the desktop every X number of
seconds.

A couple of good webcam apps are

WebcamFirst http://perso.wanadoo.fr/webcamfirst/index_a.htm
Also, PJwebcam has a built in server. Point your peering PC to the
port on the web cam server and use the image there.
